Clare has a background in biological chemistry and over 20 years of leadership experience across a wide range of functions, including operations, commercial, product marketing, and quality. She has worked in a wide range of industries including life sciences, medical devices, food, IT, and financial services. A belief in designing services and products based on client’s needs has been fundamental in driving success throughout her career. Examples of successes include global product launches, input into multiple industry standards, the transformation of global sales operations for a blue-chip organization, and the introduction of integrated management systems across multi-site businesses.
During her time at BioPhorum, she has led both workstreams and phorum communities. This has included facilitating and launching the first technology roadmaps, working with phorum sponsors on implementation strategies, sponsoring BioPhorum’s first proof of concept activities, and supporting clients on their collaboration priorities.
She is now responsible for coordinating BioPhorum’s support for our largest members to ensure they can maximize the value they gain from their participation. She also leads BioPhorum Council, our strategic oversight and executive networking community. BioPhorum Council aims to enable executive-level prioritization and trend identification, to help our communities identify how to maximize industry and company value in collaboration. It includes our annual BioPhorum executive networking event, connecting biomanufacturing leaders from across the globe each year in an invitation-only private meeting to explore industry trends and priorities.
