Digital Plant Maturity Model workstream to host webinar
BioPhorum IT (BPIT) will be publishing the second Digital Plant Maturity Model in May 2018. The team are holding a webinar alongside the white paper launch that will provide guidance on carrying out plant assessments using both a quick and a detailed plant assessment method and is intended for anyone with an interest in the Digital Plant Maturity Model, especially those considering using the Assessment Tool for individual or campaigns of plant assessments.
The webinar will be broadcast on Tuesday 8 May 2018 at 4pm (BST) and will last for around an hour. It will be presented by Hernan Vilas, Roche; Michael Dubs, BMS; and Yves Berthouzoz, EMD Serono. There will be opportunity at the end of the presentation to ask the team questions about the paper, which will be available on the BioPhorum website during the first week of May.
The second version increases consistency by leveling scores across dimensions; simplifies the model by reducing the number of enabling dimensions; improves its utility by resetting the vision for levels 4 and 5 and aligning them with the BioPhorum Technology Roadmap. DPMM v2 will be published along with the DPMM Assessment Tool and a best-practice paper.
This webinar introduces DPMM v2 and shares best practice on the use of the Assessment Tool gained through real experience of applying the DPMM across a number of BPIT member companies.
